Chicory Wealth Webinars & Events
A Monthly Conversation with Maggie Kulyk
The third Thursday of every month at 12:30 PM EST / 9:30 am PST
Every month, our CEO and Founder Maggie Kulyk holds a webinar to talk about what’s happening in the news and in the markets, and answer questions. Join with Google Meet at the time of the webinar by clicking here: meet.google.com/ona-grnq-yzv. Or join by phone: 419-901-8462 (PIN: 136605555). MAGGIE’S NEXT MONTHLY CONVERSATION WILL BE THURSDAY, MAY 20, 2021 at 12:30 PM EST / 9:30 am PST, with guest Alex Mackay of Iroquois Valley Farmland REI.
Currently, we are only recording Maggie’s monthly webinars once per quarter — in January, April, July, and October. We will usually not be recording the webinars during the other months to allow participants to have a more personal conversation with Maggie and others on the webinar. We hope you will join us!
Wednesday, May 12, 4:30-6pm PT / 7:30-9 pm ET
Hosted by Christina Kramlich, CFP®, Chicory Wealth Financial Advisor, and Liz McGeachy, Chicory Wealth Communications Director
Many parents find the subject of mentoring their children about money to be a challenge. This is understandable, as money is a sensitive subject in our society. Parents may struggle with how best to communicate with their children and model healthy behavior when it comes to their children’s wealth, or the wealth they may inherit. We all want to raise children who understand their own financial situation and are good stewards of their wealth.
A Conversation Circle is a chance for a small group of people to explore a key issue together – in this case, addressing money, wealth, and inheritance with your children. The goals are to increase your confidence in talking with your children, understand your own concept of “what is enough” – for yourself and your children, and to develop conversation starters for talking with your children about wealth or inheritance. We hope you will leave with concrete ways to engage more meaningfully with your children on this issue. The children’s age group we will be focusing on is 10 and up.
The circle will be limited to 10 participants. If you’re interested, please email Liz McGeachy at [email protected], who will give you more details and send you the online link to join.
A Conversation with Alex Mackay of Iroquois Valley Farmland REIT
Thursday, May 20, 12:30 PM EST / 9:30 am PST
Please join us for this guest webinar with Alex Mackay, Vice-President for Investor Relations for Iroquois Valley Farmland REIT. Iroquois is a non-publicly traded REIT (real estate investment trust) that owns a diversified portfolio of organic farmland in 15 states around the country. Iroquois Valley partners directly with independent organic farmers and offers them land access through lease and mortgage agreements. Some Chicory Wealth clients have already begun using this in their portfolios. Come out and hear more about the investment advantages of organic farmland and how support for independent farmers can have financial, social, and environmental impacts on our communities.
This webinar will be held during our CEO Maggie Kulyk’s monthly conversation on Thursday, May 20, at 12:30 pm ET / 9:30 am PT. There is no need to register for this event. Join with Google Meet at the time of the webinar by clicking here: meet.google.com/ona-grnq-yzv. Or join by phone: 419-901-8462 (PIN: 136605555).
